Gnats!

I've had an occasional white fly that i've killed, never got out of hand. 1-2 days ago i found a gnat/black fly and now i have atleast 5 hiding around the plant(killed another 5 today). They are definately beyond control now just from killing. My baby is almost 2 weeks into flower and its mostly sativa so i figure i still have another 1 1/2 months to go.

Does anyone have any idea of some gnat-killer i can buy at home depot or walmart or something that I wont have to worry about smoking in 2 months?(i figure since its only 2 weeks in, most pesticides wont hurt much but i'm not sure)

will that really help the the larvae crawling around my roots? last time i had gnats i had their baby-worms crawling everywhere. That may handle the adults but will they die off before they can keep reproducing or will i constantly have the larvae?

dont spray it on important parts of the plant just at the base and on the surface of the soil. The leaves/buds will die when it gets on them. It does not take much.
