But my coffee method is take mason jar, put 30 grams of ground beans in, fridge it, then drink 8 to 24 hours later. I never buy it out unless I am travelling. But at a fancy shop you may be very right! I always assumed those dustings were cocoa powder... hmmmm

Coffee for me is like a drug , as in I’m addicted . Not a bad thing to be addicted to though. It gives you energy , perks you up and keeps the calories down .

Well I start with ground beef and a couple eggs crackers A1 steak sauce garlic powder onion powder making the loads add ketchup on top and we call that Meatloaf

And bake it at 400 for 35 minutes
