How do I flush it? I've never done that?

You can flush with either just water or a quarter strength feed then plain water either way will work

Your ph is outta whack and your plants wanting more nitrogen and phosphorus looks like to me so flush it and give it a good complete feed id say

No I assume he is in compost peat based medium mind you more and more company's are trying to substitute it with a more Coco base Vs peat
