I do it all the time on the unruly tall ones.......they recover within a day.

Yeah I’ll definitely sort the height on them should give me a better end product also do you have any advice when it comes to defoliation in between the nets is a huge mass of leaves do you think it’s worth to get rid of all the fan leaves and stuff in the middle?

I definitely would thin it out. You might clean up all the dead leaves........it attracts bugs.

Got it at the local hydro shop. I believe it's made by Botanicare.

Do you use something to keep it elevated off the ground I need one that fits 1.2 x 1.2m this would be a game changer for me as IDE be able to feed them a lot more often

I built a platform on an incline using PVC pipe for the frame and a piece of plywood for the top.
