Over-watering?

The plant in the top right. And the middle two plants in solo cups have progressively dropped more and gotten slightly curly. I imagine in probably over watering . But I could very well just be overthinking. Please let me know your opinion. Should I dry back evenore than I have been?

Almost, a little droopy. Should clear up with a little more dry back.

The small ones will be gifted away for a friend of mine who's getting back into it . I've got no space to transplant them . There were originally extras just in case

I did not start pH ing water until I put nutes in it. It comes out the tap within a pH that people can drink and that is fine for plants.
Now nutes can hammer PH and some require a specific pH for the grow.
As far as distilled it has no charge so no pH. I think my ro water is like 4 ppm. Nothing that can effect soil pH.

Kind of depends on whether you’re growing organic or synthetic. If synthetic, when you add nutes you should ph the solution to around 6.2-6.4. If organic, not really an issue. Distilled water should have a ph of 7, which is fine.

as above, organicly grown plants can function over a wider range of ph's, you don't need to worry as much

Lately one quart for a 3 gal maybe a lil less that that

Ah Kk. I like to water a little more often but less. It’s not easy watering a small plant in a large pot.

Have you checked the sides are not bone dry and crumbly? And are you watering directly at the base or an inch or two away from it?

Usually the first thing to dry up is the edges . Bottom likes to hold water for a while tho .so I try to give it a longer dry back cycle .

Aye you don’t want the whole soil drying out when this young. Thats only for fully established plants.

Having them dry out fully at this age will cause dry spots to develop as you don’t give them enough water to fully saturate it.

Basically soil likes to be moist, not wet or dry
