Is the leaf curling on the top right plant normal?Maybe a little on the smallest plant, but nothing horrible. Overall they look good.
Almost, a little droopy. Should clear up with a little more dry back.Is the leaf curling on the top right plant normal?
The small ones will be gifted away for a friend of mine who's getting back into it . I've got no space to transplant them . There were originally extras just in caseput them in larger pots if you can, solo cups are a tad small for some ppl
nice one, i love gifting plants to people too.The small ones will be gifted away for a friend of mine who's getting back into it . I've got no space to transplant them . There were originally extras just in case

Do I need to pH down distilled water , like does the buffers in the soil eventually run out?Almost, a little droopy. Should clear up with a little more dry back.
I did not start pH ing water until I put nutes in it. It comes out the tap within a pH that people can drink and that is fine for plants.Do I need to pH down distilled water , like does the buffers in the soil eventually run out?
Kind of depends on whether you’re growing organic or synthetic. If synthetic, when you add nutes you should ph the solution to around 6.2-6.4. If organic, not really an issue. Distilled water should have a ph of 7, which is fine.Do I need to pH down distilled water , like does the buffers in the soil eventually run out?
How much water / how often? Also what size are the big pots? The plant in the top right. And the middle two plants in solo cups have progressively dropped more and gotten slightly curly. I imagine in probably over watering . But I could very well just be overthinking. Please let me know your opinion. Should I dry back evenore than I have been? View attachment 5454806

Ah Kk. I like to water a little more often but less. It’s not easy watering a small plant in a large pot.Every 4-5 days
Usually the first thing to dry up is the edges . Bottom likes to hold water for a while tho .so I try to give it a longer dry back cycle .Ah Kk. I like to water a little more often but less. It’s not easy watering a small plant in a large pot.
Have you checked the sides are not bone dry and crumbly? And are you watering directly at the base or an inch or two away from it?
Aye you don’t want the whole soil drying out when this young. Thats only for fully established plants.Usually the first thing to dry up is the edges . Bottom likes to hold water for a while tho .so I try to give it a longer dry back cycle .
very important that fact about the soil.Aye you don’t want the whole soil drying out when this young. Thats only for fully established plants.
Basically soil likes to be moist, not wet or dry
