So I'll give as much detail as possible.... to start she is a OG Kush auto from humbolt seed co under 21-3 light cycle.
The symptoms first started during week 2 of veg, she was in Schultz potting mix mixed with perlite and myco+ for her first two weeks of life in a 3 liter pot and I was watering with bottled water for those two weeks since it doesn't take much and my wife love to leave half drank bottles everywhere.
It started on the first set of fan leaves and for the most part that's where it's staying and were now we'll into week 3 and my plant is on node 6 now.though it is still only on my lowest fan leaves it is slowly getting worse.
Anyways I transplanted her at week 3 into a 5 gal with ffof mixed with perlite, dolomite lime, myco+ and flower fuel. I watered her with 1 and a half gallons of distilled water. Run off was 6.5 pH and a ppm of 1100 if that even matter. Temps flux between 75-85°F with RH between 40-50. Light is a 600w LED 10" above canopy delivering about 5 to 600 PAR.

Side note, I was away for the holiday for a few days and she exploded with growth and got too close to the light and started to taco, I've raised the light so the taco and droopy leaves should go away soon, that should be unrelated to the rusting of the leaves.

.oO(maybebe a calcium deficiency)
I mean I guess it's possible, I was watering with distilled water but I've added the lime to the soil which has cal-mag. This is my first run using lime and not using cal-mag by itself. I shouldn't have to add any.

Ye they look pretty healthy besides that little rust, so, I wouldn't worry too much at this point.

You do realize distilled water has nothing in it? Not good to water plants with it. Mineral water/Spring water, just check the PPMs and PH. Like other posters state if only on a bottom leaf, just don't worry unless you see it spreading to new growth up top. Good luck.

I'm not sure you want to drink 0ppm water everyday, because it's going to rob minerals from our bodies. Hydroponics... Best water to use. Organic/veganic.. it's ideal but not absolutely necessary. For the grower that does use 0ppm, they're never going to have that variable of added or accumulated mineral content.
I use RoDi and my system is plumbed to my automated irrigation. Pressure stored, pressure activated and on demand. Won't grow without it. I honestly can't think of anytime indoors I've used anything else. Outdoor.... sure tap water. But it also rains pure water to.

You should have used FFOF alone -

it is already buffered ( no lime needed )
No flower Fuel or whatever “ excess “ nute source.
FFOF is already nute dense right from the bag.
Especially 5 gallon pots worth.

Autos do not need complicated feeds since their lifespan is hardwired- germ / grow / bloom. Most autos will go 100 days or so.

So no excess nutes is needed.
“ bloom boosters “ are supplementary to “ bloom stage “ … well after transition of plant to flower and stretch phase.

Your issues are from too many ingredients in the soup as they say. Distilled water is absolutely NOT required in a simple soil container grow. Neither is “ run off “ checking.

FFOF comes out around 6.3 ph ( varies regionally) but will just fine on TAP WATER.

Your lawn uses it. Your plants outside use it , why use distilled water?

Distilled water is best for baby bottles and steam irons. Think about this … distilled water is stripped of various minerals that your plant needs , which now complicates things because you are adding calcium and mag BACK. When simple tap water already has it.

Interesting, as I have always read and heard that Distilled Water is not a viable source for plants, but I guess I learned something different! I am a soil grower, so Hydro is something I have yet to even look at, the closest I'll get maybe a 30/40/30 mix of Perlite, Coco and Soil (not counting compost or worm castings). Trying to stay organic as close as possible. Only reason is I don't have the time or space for Hydro.
