Top dressing recommendations

Hello RIU
A week in on my HF/OF grow and I would like a recommendation for mid to late flower dressing with reduced Notrogen and boosted potasium and phosphorus. I am using the happy frog soil conditioner at 4 and 7-8 weeks like this
Seems to have all the basics covered. I do not need any high strength stuff as I only have 300 watts in a small tent.
Would like to use just soil and amendments and not add mixed nutes but I do have jacks 321 of needed.

Bonemeal is a nice P boost. Kelp is a nice K boost, and so are banana peels. There are different types of guano with high P ratios. Langbeinite is 0-0-22 and has S and Mg too. Wood ash is high in K as well, but also raises ph. Soft rock phosphate is high in P, and might be more available.

Dr Earth Flower Girl mixed with 2 cups worm castings works for me..
Yep!

I usually use 444 into about day 15 - 20 of flower and then I start to use the flower girl. I find my plants yellowing too early bringing that in too fast for the 80+ day stuff I usually run.
Absolutely mix your top dress amendments in worm castings before mixing into the top of the soil. It's great for the micro biome and keeps the dust down too.
Dr Earth is good stuff!

I usually don't start the Flower girl until they're done stretching, so we're basically doing the samething..

This is all excellent data and the inclusion of specific brands and additives lets me know what I need to get. I have a good solid understanding of veg needs but after flip and stretch the needs change. I want to stay organic like a tomato and with my targets I got a plan.
My last barrel composter lasted 23 years and I guess I need to restart that also.

I myself would top dress with Gaia Green, maybe Worm Castings, unsulfured blackstrap molasses, and Kelp. But, then again, the fancier one gets, the most can go wrong. KISS as possible.
With 4-4-4, the plant will take what it needs, and wont over feed it. Plant needs Nitrogen, as much as it needs any other nutrient.
With the Hydro Chemicals, I sometimes use, in an 8 weeks flowering plant ALL NUTRIENTS are slowly increased up until the 6th week. Then, in week 7, fertilizer is cut 25%, then, in week 8, its cut, another 25%. But never, is any one nutrient greatly reduced, vs the others.
In weeks 3-4, they get a MPK boost, then weeks 5-6, they get an Epsom Salts Boost. Then weeks 7-8 fert is cut, 25% each of the last 2 weeks.

All Nitrogen is to a Plant, is Protein. Humans eat protein, and out bodies turn it, into nitrogen. Protein, is the most important Macro Nutrient. It means, of 1st Importance, and is responsible for EVERY Metabolic Process. Its all about ratio. To much nitrogen, with cause more leaf, and can interfere, or inhibit flowering ect, but, that doesnt mean Nitrogen, should be greatly reduced, it just means, one must find the proper balance of NPK.

Ive seen very very few cases, if any, of Gaia Green not doing what its supposed to. Its extremely simple, and is basically, foolproof.

I’ve been using Dr. Earth Homegrown during veg and then Dr Earth Flower Girl during flowering. Both are organic products available just about anywhere and quite inexpensive. Clearly, lots effective stuff out there. Good luck!
