Questions About the Right Humidifier

I've got a 8X8X10 ft grow room and I have already bought and returned two different humidifiers. The first was your average 20 dollar you'd find at walgreens. I quickly went to home depot and spent 90 dollars on the MoistAIR 12 Gallon Digital Contemporary Humidifier. This worked well but required filling 3 or 4 times a day.

Neither worked and I need help in finding one with a large water capacity, I even added a small 6" 188cfm inline duct fan for air intake to prevent my light cooling exhaust from drying out the room.

I had the same problem, smaller room though. What I did was buy a stardard humidifier, like any one you can get from Target or Home Depot, and then hook it up to a timer. Basically then you can say...have it on for one hour...off for one. Or maybe, on for one, off for two.

Now I'm only filling it up once a day, which is much easier to do. The humidity only falls about 10% after an hour of being off...and after a half an hour being on its right back up to where it needs to be.
