$850 US plus $97 for International shipping :o

I paid $389 Cdn for my Phlizon FD6000 640w, on sale now for $460 ;)

Cheers
Mammoth has 3456 Diodes.
Philzon has 2640 Diodes.
Mammoth has almost 800 more Diodes. Alost 30% more diodes.
Not to mention the Mammoth uses the newest Samsung Mint White EVO, and Emerald Green Diodes. The Philzon uses LM281 diodes.
If you compare the best LM281B+ bin to the best LM301 bin, the LM301 puts out 13% more light.

Sure, at 3x the cost.....

Why not compare it to the Phlizone FD6900 light chart Its still cheaper than the Mammoth, yes it has the older lm281 leds . I run the FD6900 @480W in my 4ft² tents they are a good bit of kit and by not running the light at full capacity the leds will last longer. I dont need side lighting as the fitting just fits in tent giving good coverage .

And almost 2x the umol.
At 12 inches 1135umol for the Philzon, and 2005umol, for the Mammoth, at their most powerful spots.
At 4 feet the Philzon is 730umol, and the Mammoth is 1636umol. More than 2x more powerful.

OP, also said, cost was basically not a consideration, and wasnt looking for a cost saving option.

Im leary of adding green to any weed fixture, though theres some evidence for increased photosynthesis green also seems related to lower secondary metabolites: quality reduction

I’ve seen you mention this a few times, but would you happen to have a site or source for this information, even personal anecdotal experience? From what I’ve read, green light still plays a role in secondary metabolite synthesis albeit less than red and blue wavelengths. While I personally would NOT add green monos to a grow fixture, is there any evidence that plants have higher secondary metabolite production in lieu of, or at lower percentages of green wavelengths?
Always looking to learn more about spectrum correlations

I had it from Valoyas web but also inferring from green morphological response in from standard horticulture: green creates stick and fiber. From the grow i used to work with it was also fairly clear that green heavy lights sonewhat altered the terp profile: a bit more subdued but may more complex smell/taste. For example our rainbow chip cut gets a spicy almost liquorice smell and taste under our HE + uva fixture (and the GLA strips) but under a another very red heavy/green low light its full on fruity/mint, with chocolate tones but you really have to have a snickers to feel the chocolate. Wide red and blue seems like it creates a more loud and bright terp response.

Hey thanks,

to be honest I’m not sold on this one. The videos are 7-8years old, I’m sure there was improvement on led light since.

I’m not after weight, but quality. They might have cropped over a box but I doubt the quality was top notch.
Have you used this light yourself? Have you got any result figures / pictures? Thank you
If you're after quality you can't beat the lumatek zues range, a 1000w would be ideal in a 5x5, a 600w isn't quite bright enough to maximise the grow space but will still give excellent yields.

House & Garden products are “absolutely crucial” additives for growing the finest weed, lol??

It’s Potassium Phosphate and Sodium Sulfate. Typical pk booster with added sodium. Why would anyone want to add sodium to their plants the last 3 weeks of flower? Why not use potassium sulfate and phosphoric acid?

H&G products grow beautiful rock hard salty boof weed (I’ve personally sampled MANY examples by different growers), so I’d be mindful throwing the term noob around.
