I started with 11 of these Sensi Star x Afghanis (which I'll refer to as SS-Ghani) in 100% pro-mix, which was pre-soaked with a mild nute solution. Done this many times, but this run I had them under the HLG65, which in that very short tent overwhelmed these at first with light, hence they consumed their first two sets of real leaves to keep up. I up-potted them, gave them a normal feed and they've all turned around quickly.

I LOVE the Sensi Star used in this cross (not sure it's named, but I know it as the Bodhi/Strayfox cut of Sensi Star, since it's the one they both use in their crosses).

I grew Stray's Northern Sensi (Sensi Star x BCSB NL5) a while back (it's in this thread), and it was imo the best pack of seeds I ever grew. One standout plant was an absolute gem. The wife and I referred to her as "sex weed" because well... it was great for that! She was also an incredibly hashy plant, big yielder, would've been a washer's dream. Dumped rosin like no one's business. Knock you in the face menthol terps. Old-school magic kinda high.

Sadly, I lost her to mites, but I'm very excited and optimisitic about this cross. The afghan should be a great out-crosser, and I plan on making F2's, probably using a couple males, to open up and further explore these genetics.

Even though it's still pretty early, I'm seeing 3 general phenos.

Pheno A - 50% of the plants. Short, squat, nearly identical plants leaves and all. 5-6 of them fall into this category.

Pheno B - 25% These are noticeably taller with much wider internode spacing

Pheno C - 25% I'm calling this the "hybrid" pheno for now as they fall somewhere between the A and B phenos.

Again, early to tell much and they can certainly change a lot between now and the finish line, but so far a 50/25/25 split is about as perfect a F1 as you can ask for.

The real test will be the terps. Only plants carrying the menthol terp will be used in breeding. I've identified two Type A plants that have the menthol terp with the stem rub so far.
So the menthol terps are coming from the sensi Star?
I'm looking for something with menthol terps

Hey man, I also grew those Vintage Sensimilla's and found the same thing, breaking a bud up by hand just rained down trichome heads like crazy, looked like a great hash dumper, I noticed those had lots of medicinal effects to them and that Sensi Star lended some gas, but not the typical gas terps, it was a more unique note of gas like a type of sweet kerosine

Hey guys, I've just kind of stumbled onto Strayfox seeds while lost down the rabbit hole, searching for stinky, rotten skunk.

So I get my odds of finding skunk I smoked in the 80's-90's are slim to none, but it's looking like Strayfox may be as close as it gets. Someone mentioned the "Killerz" line is rank, so I thought of maybe growing some of that. I can't really swing the cost of Skunk Killerz right now, but I was checking out Hollywood, Frost, and Krome Killerz. There's really no profiles of those that I've found though. Can anyone comment on growing/smoking those three? Are they some nice, skunky smelling weed?

It's looking like 7 females, 4 males, though the males haven't exactly shown yet, but the females are all definite.

10 out of the 11 look like the plant on the right in this picture. The girl on the left is truly an outlier and also quite stunning.
