I need a small light say 12 inch by 12 inch or some kind of puck because I have one girl who's smaller than the rest and I need to get the light down closer.

Viparspectra do a decent range starting with the p600, a 100w dimmable LED.

You can always put the plant on some type of riser too, like a milk crate, some bricks, or a box, to get it closer to the light.

I wish I could but one of the downsides of my system is that inability. Not the only mistake this go. This pic is a week or more old.

If it’s the multiple plants in the same pot, you can train the taller plants to be shorter, by bending/LST or using some sort of form, screen, or cage - and then you can raise the whole pot if needed.

Thx, however the dwarf is in the tub. Yes, already started bending/LST on the tallest one.

Viparspectra makes nice lights. I've got two of their XS1500 Pro models.
If you want a spotlight type of light, I remember a company called Kessil (sp?) that makes singular, color-specific lights for aquarium lighting. I know some growers used them years ago....

Viparspectra P1000 for 59.00 on Amazon seems like a good deal. Perfect for 2x2 or smaller I think. Can't believe HLG is charging 99 for the 65watt board now, and 149 for the 100watt. They were good deals when I got mine some years back, but now I couldn't recommend them at those prices. I'd still recommend their bigger boards though.

Thanks for the suggestions. Those Kessils are expensive! I know I paid a pretty penny for The last lights I bought about 5 years ago, Cobbs.
Before that I had infrared I guess, the kind that make everything look pink for a 10 minutes. Not sure if those are even worth anything anymore?

All of those plants have characteristics of plants that aren't receiving a lot of light - tall and slender, very few branches, large leaves, and significant internodal space.
The Vipar XS 1500 Pro is a great light for a 2' tent and you can get the XS 2500 for a very good price that will light that space very nicely.
If you want a light for just one plant, check out the offerings at rapidled.com. Overall, I'd drop $200 on the XS 2500 and that would, at least, double the yield that you're looking at now.

Yeah, they sure are! I had no idea they were that expensive! I guess the aquarium crowd is willing to pay, but.....yeah....wow! Plus, they don't offer anything that looks like the proper spectrum, anyway. I just remember them from several years ago and some people were using them. They also use fans, so that's a moving part that will wear out.

I see recently, who some, maybe most are arranging their lights on strips instead of panels increasing coverage.

I tied the tall one down. Now they're all closer to the same height. That area is 37" x 42”. Maybe I'll just get a unit that will fit the whole area unless I just add one to the other two after taking some measurements and putting the puzzle together.

At first I didn't agree with your assessment until I did compared lighted inches squared to over all square inches: 540 / 1600. I'm guessing it should be at least 1000/1600.
I have enough room for another whole light panel 13"x39" or 20"x39" depending on the layout.
It is those two, 5-gallon pots that threw my systems off.
