That leaf is going to shrivel up more and die off as the plant grows - so don't fret over the colour of that one.

The top does look like a healthy green - but from the "depth" of the veins, it does look like it's a little over watered. Give her a few days to let the soil dry up and those veins should flatten out a bit.

How often do you water?

Yes i think i waterd to much…i kept the soil wet always…mistake

At this stage you probably want to use the weight of the pot as a gauge for when to water. You can keep a pot of dry soil on hand for comparison
