Why is the bottom of my stem brown?

Water further away from the stem. 2-4” away, but use more than a spray bottle to mist. Actually water it, just not to full saturation yet. Make a ring around the plant.
Here’s what I mean in the 1st pic. Second pic is the same plant at the size where I start fully saturating the pot when watering. View attachment 5409498View attachment 5409499

This is the same plant after 7 days. One picture when it was 11 days (small) and the other 18 days. You can see the stem , what do you think ?
They're not damping off. If they're not growing big enough, fast enough, could be not enough light.

Also they look a lil pale. What medium are you growing in?

I dont think the light is the issue as i have spectrumking led 400w dimmable , and its around 600ppfd at the canopy. I use coco perlite 70/30 and tripart nutrients ec around 1+ , ph 6.5 ... When i transplant from the first small pot i noticed brown roots only at one side of the botton , it wasnt white hairy healthy roots.... But you see how it developed... Maybe i overwatered , but if i had this problem ( damping off) you think it would be like that ??
Yes its little pale , i gave cal mag , but i have to increace the dosage .. it seems that have some deficiency...
But the first days it was little dry around 45 rh and also sometimes hot , around 30 celsius... Maybe this affect ...
Is it possible some parts of roots to became rotten but the plant to create new healthy roots and to recover ???

Thank you :)

The brown on the roots is from them not getting enough oxygen. The plant will grow new roots, but the rot should ideally be cut away. Coco is great. Makes it really hard to overwater. You may want to look into a preventative, like bleach, h2o2, or bennies.
