*No* idea what did it, could easily have been RL being itself.

Just binged through “ Hajime no Ippo “ . I really enjoyed the story, the premise of bullied socially awkward child to local popular hero. Yet he remained humble and obedient to the trainer . Plus the character development was often entertaining af.
