Getting Licensed in New York for Cultivation and seeing that Spinosad is not allowed for some reason. Best organic IPM pest management products ?

I should be getting my NY micro license very soon and have been going over regs and seeing that they test for Spinosad and it has to be below 0.2 ppm which is basicly the same as it having to be zero. I have always used it as a clone dunk (dunk full clone and cube) before transplanting for my short veg and it has done wonders for preventing thrips, fungus gnats etc. I dont totally understand why something so safe is banned but anyhow I'm wondering what I should use for my future grow as an IPM. I have never seen better results specificaly for thrips as with spinosad.

Any info appreciated.

Feel free to share your full IPM schedule/SOP would be great especially if its organic.

Dunking a clone in Spinosad when young will not show up on a test after harvest, spraying it in mid late flower will get you a fail everytime.

Even with dunking and saturating the entire cube? Are you sure, I just feel like .2ppm is such a tiny amount
