Patience will be rewarded. You got decent harvestable bud now, but it looks like she is still swelling and resinating. 2 more weeks will give you a notacesably heavier and more potent yield. When she is truely ready her water intake will slow way down, 2x as long between waterings, All you white pestils will turn orangish brown and receed into the flowers

My go to for determining readiness has always been looking at the trichromes - once they become predominantly milky/cloudy in appearance generally means she‘s ready.

Get a jewellers loupe and take a tiny piece off the bud to look at closely. If trichromes are clear then wait a bit longer.

They're not ready, but they might be done for.
2nd on the bud rot, that would explain the bud falling over, the rot could be in the branch, remove the entire branch IMO
Foxtailing, stress I suspect. How far away is the light?

Good luck

No mate it's not bud rot I was using hps (switched to led today )and it grew to close to the light and burnt the bud hence why it's bent over like that cos I had tk be vigorous with it to bend it over

No mate your off the mark there it's not bid rot at all it grew in to the light and got burnt .its bent over like that cos i bent it over . I guess it is my attempt at supercropping and yes a bit of fox tailing as I was struggling with high temps that's the main reason I've switched over to led today
