Got to start smoking the donutz triploid today and well my pheno might not have balls but it doesnt taste like a donut ether, its just kinda bland mediocre high mostly in the face. putting it in the jar for happy cure time maybe something will happen but so far not impressed.

Now my mixed nutz freebee however she is pretty much done and smells dank af and is very dark purple maybe black. hope she is going to smoke well.

Those types of strains don't get good until fully cured. I see that a lot of people on here can't cure their stuff right.
Every strain and every plant I've grown from HSC is better than anything in any dispensary.
Didn't get to try their triploids because a bunch of clowns bought them all.

all my bb cupcakes and bb muffins have finished. fairly decent smell from the muffin but all of it has a wimpy dizzy head buzz. all went in the trash. i couldnt possibly give this quality to a friend.

Just a heads up popped 20 guzzlers and one came out OK and rest looked all fucked up and mutated or didn't pop at all. This was next to 20 blueberry muffin who all sprouted perfectly and 10 jelly doughnuts which also sprouted perfectly apart from 1. Seemed like a strain problem..

Welp, out of the two so far.... both cracked. One looks to be dampening off and is gonna die soon :(, and the other was a bit of a mutant, deformed first leaves but it may be coming out of it. We'll see.
The two freebies (NASC white label I think ) I planted are looking great and killing it.
HSC just plain sucks ass at this point. I will never buy anything from them ever again, I don't care how much hype there is.

Damn. Last year it was bb pancakes not germing. Guzzlers def had my attention, was leaning towards trying them next. May have to hold off a sec. I'm still winning off these jelly donutz, but Im not blown away by their yields, other than the hella jelly leaners.

4 weeks ago I popped 2 along with other seed from other breeders , all came out except HSC blueberry pancakes, never popped, week later i popped 2 more and they didn't make it, usually my germination rates are above 90%.

harvested a hermi triploid and its not up to any expectations. also hella Jelly, same the story lacks everything,

the problem is based on the hype i got all my gear this year from HSC invested around 700$

lessons learned: to never invest on a single seedbank as a try.

If you ordered your seeds directly from HSC website they will refund your money. I sent them pics and links showing my hermie and I got my money back on the entire order.

I totally get you're gripe.

I'm actually shocked how big HSC has got over the years.....

I remember when they first popped up outta nowhere with fake trainwreck and fake og kush and fake jack herer and more.

Anytime I see a company with fake genetics; it's a red flag for me.

I've grown blueberry muffin and it has great terps colors and it's frosty....short flowering time as well......but it's also Mids.....even the best pheno I've smoked from that strain is not exotic weed imo.

Hella jelly I smoked a couple times and it was worse than the BB Muffin by a LONGSHOT. Never grown it and never bought seeds because I smoked the strain and was very unimpressed.


What I've learned is you can ONLY trust YOUR experience. What I say is Mids might be somebody else's exotics.

What might be weak to me may be strong as fuck for someone else.


And I now know to never trust hype until I smoke it myself.

On a side note I gave away a pack of BB Pancakes to a friend and he grew them out....he is not good at drying/curing and no matter how good he does growing something it always turns out as mids......the BB Pancakes looked like the best weed he's ever grown tbh....smoking it; there was 0 effect and some blue flavors going on.....but mids.....someone dries and cures it better; it's probably AS good as BB Muffin; maybe better.

I'd be pissed if I spent $700 on bad genetics, definitely hit em up. I've grown all gas og, blueberry cupcake, blueberry pancakes, vanilla frosting, jelly donuts, all gas x gelato, dosido x gsc, nutter budder x pistachio, raspberry parfait x ppd, runtz x mint, ice cream cake x gsc, bb cupcake x Mac 1, and bb cupcake x gelonade. Winners in jelly donuts, dosi cookies, icc x gsc, & BB cupcake x gelonade. The winners, in my opinion, all lean towards the non-HSC parent. HSC genetics raise the floor for my runs, which have been almost exclusively from seed. Most of their catalog isn't of interest to me and is middy I assumed. Most of the other seed makers I hear of, their catalog is hermy bs. Your hunting either way if u need top top shelf.
