Its tap at like 95.5ppm and 5.65 gpg or sum atleast that's what Google told me my city water was

My plant is experiencing a deficiency or either calcium or magnesium or both idk and I was wondering if it's js a good ratio or wtv
Haven't been able to use it bc soil is still kinda wet so I can't water to see
