Blue Dream-Starting week 11 of flower. Anyone have time to give an opinion about harvest?
It has been slow maybe due to I OD'd it around week 7. Now I see some amber coming through, but also still clear with lots of cloudy. What do you think? THANK YOU!!

Very difficult to tell, you have pictures of trichs on mostly sugar leaves which are meaningless. Whole plant and whole bud pictures are needed first. Looks like you may be close, but no way to tell from those pics.

Too many clear trichs to be ready
When there's almost no white hairs and the vast majority of red have shriveled, then you're close.

Need to see the whole plant with a close up of a bud or two. You’ll always have some clear trichs…..plus the ones on the sugar leaves are not good indicators. U wanna look further inside at the trichs on the calyces.

I was out of town for July. These pics are from today. More full plant and more buds.
I don't understand what makes up the bud. Peeps always ask for pics of the bud. The bud is full of sugar leaves. Can anyone clue me in about that? And.. why do sugar leave trich colors not matter? I make awesome butter from the trim which is mostly sugar leaves.
Main point of this point is... is it ready to be harvested? Thanks to all.

For some odd reason mayne not odd but perfectly explainable just not by me, sugar leaf trichs amber faster. Also a strain thing, I had 13 wk old flower plants in flower not amber and some ambered a lot long before chop.

As for the bud pics people are looking for white hairs. If a plant is happy or happy enough or maybe even by genetics. Theyll finish and stop growing new white hairs.

Thats what I realized recently or I think, I think ripe actually means all hairs receded, flush and dim lights etc to make amber but I dont follow that. I like to chop asap.

Youll get the hang of it its simple. Youll even be able to determine your own call to pull with a dozen or couple dozen white hairs left on plant. I did because of over crowding small space and too dim lighting.

It went into limp mode would of took a couple weeks to wait for scraps like a few extra gs. Thats fine if its a simple small grow, get as much as you can.

For me doing perpetual its not worth it, I can have plants that much further into the next half pound. So I chopped a bit early.

My happy clones of same plant with bigger space better light better canopy training, it finished on time. So I am just going to get rid of the small dim tents and put up another of the successful.

True for some not for all tho take the chems for example they can push out some white hairs even when ripe also running to high in N in flowering can cause reflowering especially in sativa heavy stuff it all depends on the genetics but as a general rule yeah all the hairs are receded the buds swelled all it can the trichs are ripe and ready your good to go
