And I thought $73 all-in for a dozen Titleist Pro V1x was steep ...
Still cheaper than ball golf. You gotta remember, this is the club and ball all rolled up in one. And most courses I play, are free to play. There are a couple that are on private land that have a $5 greens fee but they are better maintained and they don't have the pedestrians that you run across on the public park courses.

On my walk today I noticed a neighbor who has a practice, do you call it a hole, a target, anyway it was on a wheeled tripod so he could move it around his wooded lot to practice different shots. I used to have a practice tee mat I'd set up on my deck but the neighbors yard is too close even with limited range balls which don't feel satisfying to hit anyway.
