What's up all of my wonderful high as hell friends.
Long time.
Curious if anythign's changed in New York. Any new laws. Has the growing for everybody been put into effect? I stopped growing a while ago, juts too much else to do, god I still have so much weed, been giving it away to friends, but if any of you can update me on the latest, wondering if there will be more changes, higher plant limmits, etc....
I was also told by a friend that he bought some dispensary weed, found 6 seeds, tried to pop them and they were duds. He says he heard that smoe growers microwave the buds briefly to make sure nobody can get seeds of their stuff. Does anybody know if this is true, and if not, which forum section I might get answers from? I checked around and only found the seed strain review area....

ive grown out some dispo seeds, i have yet to run into the problem you have mentioned. choices bro, choices! look at your bud before you buy it, if its been microwaved, you will know. i believe it is 3 veg and 3 flowering plants per adult oer house hold with a max of 6 veg 6 flower. cannot be seen from city streets when growing outside. next one is fuzzy, but to the best of your ability you have to contain the smell if the neighbors complain- how thats judged is where its fuzzy, cause how do you determine someone elses personal prefrence? exactly, up for interpretation good ol NY STATE. also landlords cannot not discriminate, reject, deny, evict any tenant for growing inside their place of occupancy(as a tenant huge win, as a landlord i hope utilities are not included and have responsible tenants)

They dont microwave them so much, most medical undergoes uv treatment wich can mutate or kill the seed.
I think some are using dehydrating machines and freeze drying methods wich probably interfears with the seed too.

Here's something..
I don't smoke, but I have a good sized stash of about 25 diferent kinds I've grown the past few years, in small plastic jars (1/2 quart of milk sized). I've been giving away a lot of it but i watch the levels and some strains I don't give out much. So one of the people I gave some to is one of several maintance men in my buiding and his wife, who is a real smoker, he doesnt smoke he said - he was growing on the roof top last year.
I have the jars stored in a big tupperware and when I went to Australia for a trip in Febuary I put the container in my storage unit, just to be safe. Then when I returned, I brought it back and put it in my closet and basically forgot about it until last night. For the past few months I've been out a lot doing field work in the woods, all over the state, (I normally work from home and am in my place all the time), and last night I was parsing out some bud to give to a couple friends that are doing me favors (I like to return favors to people who do for me) and I noticed some of the jars are low, very low, kinds I never gave out. The only person who has access is the maintanancve man and I think I figured them out. It had to have been him and his wife. Nobody in my life had/has acess. They must have worked as a team - I have a parking garage, one of them probably sat down there to watch and make sure I wasnt home while the other came into my place to steal my weed.
True story. I have a camera coming in the mail and I can only guess they will keep doing it. I dont even know how many times they've done it, they could have come in 10 times for all I know. I'm creeped out and moving, for many reasons. But I'm guessing I can;t go to the cops, but if I can catch them, I will contact the building owner and make a deal out of it - but I do worry they might try and turn it around as says that it's drugs so there's nothing they can do.
If anyone has any experience with this kind of shit, feel free to let me know..

No, I'm in NY. But cops and weed, I just dont trust law enforcemnet to not use any angle to fuck me also.
