Yeah, It was almost 200 at wallyworld the other day, for a cart of very little.
I switched keto to carnivore over the last 2 years because of health issues. I don't even eat the grocery store food anymore.

Prescriptions are out of sight as well, some of my Dad's stuff I pick up is $$$$

sorry i didn't get back sooner , been feeling under the weather .
so from the top ....

hugo phurst ,. not that much . but you can't spend what you don't have .

next two , no thank you . not a wrong side of the law kind of guy .

doublejj , eh , i could lie and say yes . i have exactly two plants worth of trimming experience .

three years ago i lived fairly comfortably , today i am thinking about shutting the internet off again because it is a luxury and i could turn that $69 a month into a new pair of shoes maybe some pants and socks .

don't take that for complaining though , i have a modest little home that i own and live a rather simple quiet life . i don't find many days when the sun don't shine

just venting some spleen here ...

i went to the grocery store yesterday .

looks like i have reached the point where being a responsible rational adult really sucks . no more growing weed for me .
You could just put 10 plants every year outside, direct ground planting, and just water them and top dress them with some scraps . Wont really cost you. It takes some work, prep and matenance but easily done. You can buy your grocerys and grow. Quite simple, rational and responsible if you clean up and dont use or leave anything toxic to the environment were you chose to grow your plants out doors. And depending on were you are you can grow autos all year round.

well growing outdoors legally isn't quite that simple here , to be legal one has to be out of public view . something i can not do and stay on my own property without spending some money . procuring seeds needs that folding green stuff as well .

i did attempt an outdoor grow this year , 6 plants not a single female .

The way i see it is you can grow weed with the best most expensive bottled nutes, buffered coco, a heap of additives, ipm treatements and each grow will cost a few hundred dollars but most of that will pay off in the end with a quality product, or you can grow in cheap coco that you wash and condition yourself, powdered nutes, molasses, tea's etc, cost is minimal, or even go cheaper with soil a handfull of npk and water outdoor.
Most folks dont ask did you use cana, or advanced nutes on the grow,

its fun trying to grow weed that knocks peoples socks off without all the big name products, and seeds im sure someone could gift you some if you ask nicely

So im no stranger to being broke, one golden rule i follow is.... cut off the hands that feed

hands that feed, are people or companies that put their hands out and ask you for money regularly, netflicks, water rates, internet, power bills, etc..
some of which you need some you dont.

next step is to start saving even just 20 bucks a f/n, in an account that is separate to your usual account, i do 200 a month min, but just start low and build up so your not taking it out all the time,

the trick is once you get a bit of money in there, not to buy stuff with it, its weird, you got money now, but at the same time you have to forget you have it, i tell my self instead of buying the usual crap that i can afford on a budget, to hold out keep saving and get something bigger and better later,

it funny how money works, if you never plant the seed with the first 20 bucks and water it every so often with more savings it wont grow, into a big tree

sometimes when i transfer money in to savings, a little voice pops up saying you could go buy that thing you were looking at online instead of saving this money, but saving each f/n is like paying yourself a bonus, its just your brain is saying go do some retail therapy, instead of saving

some confusion exists , i said responsible adult . i have x amount of money every month . keeping with responsible behavior as a theme .
i don't buy insurance monthly , i buy it yearly it costs much much less. so every month i have to y from x to pay that . property taxes are a thing . so i have to deduct some R from x every month as well . i have an electric bill . and not much else . by choice . i do not have things like netflix nor do i want them . i live very happily without a cell phone .
my one luxury in life is internet . it isn't much of a hardship to do without that as well .

having said all that, for years my kids really wanted netflicks and i was like no way its just another bill we dont need.
in the end i caved in and softened my hardline approach and we have it now, and Musk Link as well:wall:

whats happened to me i dont even follow my own rules anymore
