I have a kitchen aid with the meat grinder attachment as well, it’s not as easy to clean, but does work very well too. I wouldn’t hesitate to use it if I didn’t have the mill.

Yeah, the meat grinder is harder to clean. The tomato sieve is pretty easy.

Something that I found that helps on cleaning out the meat grinder is to put bread through it after the last of the meat. It pushes out all the leftover meat and is easy to rinse off. Even if you push the bread into the casing you can pinch and twist where needed.

That's what drives me nuts is the storms after this humidity,worry destroying my girls outside and just drenching em.

We had a quarter inch of rain yesterday in a 10 minute burst. Flattened my potato plants.

No buds yet, but they look so sad after another downpour. Like wet cats.
Gave up feeding nutrients and just top dressed with 4-4-4 now.
I keep spraying the Bt-k back on after every downpour which is about 32-48 hrs apart, then Regalia/seaweed juice and Botanigard ~10days.

Yea good idea bout top dressing when you can't water anything in. I'm going to have to do something with these rabbits this year they exploded. Usually don't cage around but I watch em go right up and smell and I spray rabbit deterrent and coffee grounds around. I got that arber for pm that c2g uses sprayed last Sunday,the two Afghan x veitmese doesn't like this weather. Bobs Chernobyl loving life.
