Looks like it’s starting to flower.

Don’t worry about a single leaf like Budzbuddha said. If it continues and is plant wide then start to consider the next move.

Overreacting to something that isn’t an issue is one of the worst things new growers can do. It only causes things to be worse. The plant looks fantastic, keep up the good work.
