I just looked up the light in the manufacturers website and don’t see any specifics on diodes, it just says DLC certified, where are you seeing this?

old thread, but I recommend Viparspectra XS series lights to anyone who wants the best bang for the buck.
Hear hear.

I was looking at the XS 2500 the other day. That's a hello of a light for < $200. And since it's two lights held together by a bracket, you can deal with an uneven canopy. Very impressive.

There are three plants in that res. One on each side and one is circled, which I culled.

I eventually came to my senses and bought an XS1500 (the older model), shown here.

All three plants were Gelato, from the same seed packet. Go figure.

Haha. Yea , mine are sisters too. Lung Buster from solfire. I originally had these (3) in my 2x2. culled one to finish the grow in the 2x2 and then had to move them anyway. Oh well.

Live and learn, right?

Yeh, 2' x 2's pretty cozy. How about one plant, topped and LST'd? That'll fill up the tent quite nicely.

Actually never tried with one. Usually I run two (topped and flipped pretty quick) and get a pretty full tent and nice even canopy. I;ve even run 4 a few times. Gotta stay on top of it though. haha

2 plants in pots and they can be raised or lowered at will.
If you had the same size pot as the hydro does you would not be able to raise them soo easy.
Its just bad luck with genetics one tall one small.
Heck in hydro you can remove all water then raise in dirt you cant remove dirt to make it easier on your back

No...but when pots are dry. They are light. Multiple plants on a flood table are a pain in the ass. For many reasons.
