LST - Star, Spiral etc

I was looking for a LST method that can be applied to a cannabis plant, but the problem with some is that the growers don't seem to reveal all the further steps taken as the plant grow.

1. For example someone topped the plant once and then hook the bended main stem as a radius over the surface of the pot to the edge. Does not provide more info or details of how you should continue to train the plant. Not to mention that some said they usually top the plant 2 or 3 times during the growing process. Not a clue of how you should manipulate/hook/tie the plant further considering that it will probably exceed the pot edge. You can see the example in the first picture: how you should manipulate the plant considering that the main stem will continue to grow even horizontally bended and will exceed the outer eddge of the pot?

2. Another way is forming a star shape as seeing from above. Not too many details on how to take care of training as the plant grows. One question could be how should you manipulate the branches considering that some are growing at lower levels/nodes and some at upper nodes, and the distance bw the nodes can mess your star shape. If all were at the same level, the solution was easy: just spread them sideways and tie them down. But there are lower branches that need attention too, and details like "should i top the plant for this method?"

3. Another way is growing the plant in a spiral (2nd picture). That seem a good one but i guess you need to have a big/wide pot so you can have enough space in order to fulfill this method without crowding the space.

Please let me know what do you think about the things mentioned above.

Also i wait for some more ideeas or specifications regarding a given method if you can help me with one that can be suitable for a LST session. If you know a video or a grow journal that cover the whole process and can be taken in consideration please post it here.

Let it grow 3 stories cut the top now you have 4 branches bend them 90° let them grow a few top again now you have 8 let them grow a little now you have 36 enough

Its not as easy as go left go right.as she grows you have to see where is free space to send her

All it shows is using 2 ties to bend over the main stem. This forces the side growth to fight to be the main cola. You tie down the side growth to create an even canopy. That's all there is to it.

Ultimately, the best method is what works for your space and plant. I just tie down whatever branch needs to be tied down to open the plant up a bit more. I will try to start making a certain shape or layout, but that usually goes to the wayside once nature takes course. Don't make it harder than it needs to be. Be fluid and it will work out just fine.

This is pretty much exactly what I will try to do with my current grow, as i have space for 3-4 plants, I started with 3 seedlings but lost one due to user error, so I intend to LST them and not top them as they are very much indica dominant.

Anchor points for the 'strings' will be a challenge though. I already have loads of zip-ties and fluffy pipe cleaners

Birds-eye view something like this;
