Thoughts on PureCrop1?

Thank you. I’m having an issue with one plant and one plant only. Can’t tell what it is…maybe you would know? New growth after topping it is curling up and color is fading.
In the fourth picture all those little white specks and the leaf curling, check under your leaves for mites. Use a loupe, or magnifying glass to be sure.

I’ve used Purecrop as part of a maintenance/IPM routine. It’s definitely not the cure-all some claim it is but it does seem to help keep pests in check but there are better products for specific issues such as mites/PM.

Not sure on your issue. Are broad/russet mites a thing in your area? As mentioned, flip the leaves and inspect closely. What is the growing media you’re using and your water/feed schedule? Sort of looks like it may be an issue at the roots?

Let me look into it a bit more and really get my loop on them for a look. These big sativas have been craving sun and because it’s been so lacking, the soil might not be drying out as fast as it should. Could be a little root rot. It’s very foggy in the morning/early afternoons here. They are in a Promix/ffof mix with added perlite. None of the other plants show these characteristics and they are somewhat close to each other. Here’s a couple days later…

You guys are so pro! There’s definitely a few tiny little yellow mites on a few of the leaves. Should I quarantine the plant and spray with Dr Browns soap and spray all the plants separately? Am I doomed?

I'd start right there and then look up citric acid. But, depending on where you are you should have time to treat these. I'd also consider using Marrone Bio Venerate and Grandevo.

@curious2garden def agreed
since u may have a small pressure of hrm or broad mites, even no it’s always good to have a good general based IPM . I suggest use a knockout like suffoil-x and mix in a biocontrol of Grandevo and rotate weekly with venerate (mixed in with suffoilx also ) . the suffoil-x and biocontrols will have multi function defenses and modes of attack but also making sure the % of all stages of pest can be reduced and also kept that way . I would suggest using higher rate since u see pest and lower once plants are showing none. The issue with many tradional pesticides is the resistance issues but also the stress to plants and the good bugs/bee’s. also the cost per gallon is not bad .

So it seems like after I just sprayed with Dr Browns soap and clean water, I don’t see any bugs today except bigger predatory bugs. More so than usual. I’m guessing they are eating the
“Hopefully” dead mites? I will keep spraying daily for 12 days. The plants don’t seem to mind and I think I caught it early enough. I will preemptively get some grandevo etc in case of trouble. Thanks again!

Looks like I’m having another issue. Maybe overwatering? Would the Dr Browns soap dilute spray cause browning/yellowing of the fan leaves? I watered yesterday and in one day this happened to my biggest lady. We have also had intense sun here for three days and it’s been cloudy long before this. Might be heat shock?
