You cant really blame them for that. They cant make exchanges for seeds for the simple fact that its hard to tell the original seeds from any other seed that someone could replace it with. Well you might think if you didn't open the package then it should be fine. The only problem with that is anyone with any brains what so ever could in fact doctor up a package to make it look like it was never opened, I know because I have done sneaky shit like that.I placed an order lastnight with them, and accidently ordered the wrong Indica Mix, so I e-mailed them not even not even 5 min after I ordered asking if they could change it for me! I checked my mail when I got up, and they said they cant, its allready been sent out!!! My last order I accidently got the wrong size t-shirt, and they changed it 24hrs later!
Go figure!
I have in fact had the same problem. Do you have a Visa? I just found out the other day when trying to place an order with a Visa gift card that Visa charges a fee for all international orders and if you don't have enough $$ in the bank to cover the order and the fees it will be denied
pretty sure its only a few bucks but your bank could have hidden fees of its own. Your best bet would be to get a gift card and put like 5 extra dollars on it.
