Real Santa Marta Columbian Gold

There is a post from 2012 by JGerlitz (I believe) about this weed. There is a book Golden Gate Smuggling Company. In the late 70's and early 80s the real deal came in through San Francisco Bay. It was $500 a LB and later $550 before it dried up. Santa Marta is where the Mountains hits the Coast and maybe the best place in the world to grow pot. Sun near the equator and probably the best outdoor growing environment in the world. In fact Johnson & Johnson in Canada partnered with a Columbian grow company and created a Company called Avicanna. AVCNF was on the penny stocks. I believe they were bought about a year ago by mymedica.ca or visa versa. Someone who knows what I do may be growing the great stuff down there now. I also believe this is the best weed in the world as the taste and high is amazing. Although maybe it has morphed since the 1980's. I bought seeds online claiming to be Santa Marta Columbian Gold and the were not big, dark brown and fat with black the spots and stripes. This is what trud Gold seeds look like. I know as I sold many pounds of this and it had lots of seeds unlike any of the breeds today.. Like JGerlitz said it was my favorite smoke, ever. Today these 20+ % strains are not the same high as this was and I miss it. So much I may travel to Santa Marta Columbia and see if the real deal still exists. If it does I will know it as will many others. Does anyone know where I can get what I have described? This Gold was flown from the Gulf of Mexico and dropped in the Pacific and hauled by fishing boats > 3000 miles into San Francisco Bay 20 Tons at a time. 40,000 pounds of Gold bricks at $20 MM a load in to a completely unsuspecting San Francisco Bay for years. Read the book. If these seeds still exist I want to buy some. If I can't I intend to go to Santa Marta and see if I can find it. Thank you...

Maybe look into columbian gold 72 or oldtimers haze even that tests very close genetically to old columbian gold also kwik seeds got some lumbo gold hybrids that might be up your street too one with a kush or nl(colombian90) and one hit with two studs one another lumbo gold line the other a old mexi line hope it helps anyway bud

Ace seeds has alot of old school strains that might give you a look at. As far as the Colombian gold of that era I don't think it exists today.
