Being as fair minded as I can,this trial is the weakest,most unimportant,of the criminal trials concerning Trump,keeping a woman quiet from spilling on a romp to prevent embarressment or a knive wielding wife is more than common. IT's the other 3 cases that are of REAL consequence and utterly reflect on Trump's dire threat to our democracy.The fact that not ONE of these cases will reach verdicts prior to the election is disconcerting,a combination of Trump's notorious luck,complicit judges,and flaws in our judicial system that Trump and his legal team so eagerly exploit .The mere fact these highly consequential cases can't be expedited or fast tracked to give voters clarity prior to the most defining election of our time is more than disappointing it's criminal in itself. I certainly don't need more to know what this guy is all about,but seemingly half my fellow citizens do,amazingly,as I recalibrate my thoughts on what people are all about,honestly Trump in my mind should be a fringe candidate out to grab 10% of the vote from the far right racist/wh.power/hater end of the spectrum,seems I've been way off in what people consider as acceptable/competent. Mind altering and a shot to the liver to say the least that this current situation is even in play when I had Trump dead and buried after Jan 6.

My hope, and I only give it fifty-fifty, is that this exposure of corruption permeating the judicial branch will not go unaddressed.
Much bias toward enabling the minority-rule insurgents has been exposed. The people are watching. I cannot but hope they will see a housecleaning — and a move toward the representative government the Constitution was written to describe and protect.

The fact that he had a romp with a porn star or that he paid her to keep quiet is not illegal and not the issue in this case. It's why he paid her to keep quiet and how he tried to cover up the payment money as a tax deductible expense cheating Uncle Sam that is the issue.
The GOP's insistence that this is a political persecution and not a proper criminal prosecution is another blatant sign of their hypocrisy especially after the way they hounded Bill Clinton over a lousy blowjob. Their destruction of the people's faith in the judicial system to protect their orange messiah is another sign of how corrupt the party has become.
As much as I hate to think it my money is on a hung jury which will be used to falsely claim that tRump is innocent.
