Herm? Or just weird mutation?

It doesn’t look exactly like a herm but it’s growing from such a weird location that I better make sure. Ppl on Reddit thinks it’s a female flower, but I’m not fully convinced since it is growing from where those single calyx/bract usually form.

What about this makes you think its a herm? I don't see any bananas or pollen sacks.
