You know he is nothing but a dumb fuck troll when he plays the 'per capita' level of guns not increasing (if it is even true, who can believe any stupid shit coming out of that crazies mouth). If what 3% of ppl in America are stockpiling guns like they are those little stuffed animals in the 90's, one crazy going out to buy a gun or ten to murder a bunch of innocent people enjoying their day, the 'per capita' level is not going to explain shit.

430 million gun / 333 million people, is almost identical to 430 million guns (+10 going to murderous crazy)/333 people.

But hey, he gets to say stupid shit on tv and pretend like what he cherry picked stat he is saying makes sense to the people who want it to.

Saying it is about video games is the bump. The lie that he is using to convince his budding cult that he is actually smartz just slides by.

The way JFK Jr says things that are distorted or false with conviction and an edge of irritation when he repeats the lie after being questioned is another tell. It's effective for those who want to believe him. But ships and countries have gone down under that kind of leadership.

This will cost them.

Arizona Supreme Court issues ruling banning nearly all abortions
Abortion will be almost entirely illegal in Arizona after the state Supreme Court on Tuesday upheld an 1864 law that made performing abortion a felony.

In a 4-2 decision, the court rejected arguments that it should uphold the current 15-week abortion ban passed by then-Gov. Doug Ducey (R) in 2022 and enforced after the end of Roe v. Wade.

Instead, the court ruled that the Civil War-era law passed before Arizona was even a state should be enforced. The court ruled to lift the stay on the law, meaning it goes into effect in 14 days.

The law makes abortion a felony punishable by two to five years in prison for anyone who performs or helps a woman obtain one. It includes an extremely narrow exception for “when it is necessary” to save a pregnant person’s life.

“The decision made by the Arizona Supreme Court today is unconscionable and an affront to freedom,” Attorney General Kris Mayes (D) said in a statement. “Make no mistake, by effectively striking down a law passed this century and replacing it with one from 160 years ago, the Court has risked the health and lives of Arizonans.”

I see him attacking the communities that have very real examples of their people having been mistreated by the government to sell the anti-government troll to convince them to not vote/vote for him instead of their best interests (Democratic Party) so that his handlers can keep their tax cuts/slide us into a fascist regime. Like convincing people swayed about the horrid acts of the doctor/system in place that led to the generation of black men in the Tuskegee syphallus thing.

Every community is being attacked... That reminds me I really need to start a 'Rashida Talib, are you a 'left-troll' or just brainwashed' thread soon.... anyone not warning the people they are saying they are there to do the work for is either naive or complicit. And in the times we are currently living in, neither of those option is not dangerous. And Jr is yet another rich white guy who got everything handed down to him from his daddy's name is trying to use it to screw us into going back to single demographic rule.

We should thank the New York State head of RFK Jr's campaign for saying out loud not only that they have a strategy to defeat Joe Biden. But crowing about helping Trump win, even laughing when a member of the audience says "yay" -- that makes my fingers twitch.

Whoever recorded her should be thanked too. That it made its way to social media is undoubtedly the work of Biden's campaign task force to get that kind of information out there and is a sign that Biden's campaign is getting some kick to it. RFK Jr is going to angrily deny that it was the truth. And that's what is really suffering in the MAGA tovarisch's assault on the US. The truth.

The communities that will be most heavily attacked are the ones that promote the truth. The science community, especially medical science. Fact-driven environmental scientists are another. RFK Jr's theories about mercury in fish will be debunked. He'll bring fire and brimstone to those scientists too. He's into conspiracies about the deaths of his father and uncle, so, the US justice system will be under attack.

Wi-Fi causes cancer and "leaky brain,"
Antidepressants are to blame for school shootings
Chemicals in the water supply could turn children transgender
AIDS may not be caused by HIV
Vaccines cause autism and are more harmful than the diseases they're designed to protect against
Republicans stole the 2004 election
5G networks are being used for mass surveillance
The CIA assassinated his uncle
He's being censored at the orders of Biden
Children have been harmed by a mercury-based preservative in routine vaccines,

Going through the list, he's not as bad as a Qanon type. I haven't heard that he's saying anything about God, Jesus, demons, illuminati, aliens or white replacement theory. I'd say he's more big government conspiracist merged with establishment science conspiracist. Toss in the whiff of anti-Semitism in there too. But, he's definitely embracing whatever role he's given. He says he is running to win but it's clear that if he's handed the role of spoiler to Joe Biden, he's embracing it.

Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act

Unlike domestic criminal surveillance warrants issued under Title III of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (the "Wiretap Act") , agents need to demonstrate probable cause to believe that the "target of the surveillance is a foreign power or agent of a foreign power," that "a significant purpose" of the surveillance is to obtain "foreign intelligence information," and that appropriate "minimization procedures" are in place. 50 U.S.C. § 1804.

It's illegal to use foreign donations to fund campaigns in the US. Wire taps under FISA must be authorized and can only be used when the target is "a foreign power or agent of a foreign power" What kind of hanky-panky is he referring to and should we take notice? Is he just rehashing the Mueller investigation or is this about something new?

Another Red-Blue Divide: Money to Feed Kids in the Summer
Congress passed bipartisan legislation to provide families that rely on subsidized school meals with help buying food over the summer. Nearly half of Republican-led states have yet to sign on.

The governor was firm: Nebraska would reject the new federal money for summer meals. The state already fed a small number of children when schools closed. He would not sign on to a program to provide all families that received free or cut-rate school meals with cards to buy groceries during the summer.
“I don’t believe in welfare,” the governor, Jim Pillen, a Republican, said in December.

Prepare yourselves and behold these looney fucks.

“ Speaking in tongues or somebody smokin spice “

A far-right Arizona state senator led a prayer circle speaking in tongues on the chamber floor Monday, a day before the state Supreme Court upheld a Civil War-era law banning nearly all abortions.

In a video now making the rounds on social media, state Sen. Anthony Kern, a Republican from Glendale, guided the kneeling prayer group in English while several unidentified worshippers babbled. “Let it be so, Father God,” he said. “Let it be so, let it be so.”

DeShithead told his allies about the move to help Trump during a private gathering Saturday at South Florida’s Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, these people said.

“He did say it in front of a group of people at the Hard Rock,” a DeSantis adviser told NBC News.

The person emphasized that DeSantis had pledged to support Republicans up and down the ballot — “including presidential” — when he dropped his bid for president in January.

DeSantis’ remarks come after he was effectively in a political war with Trump, both before and since the governor dropped out of the presidential primary race. It remains unclear if Trump and his team want DeSantis to help them, or have him as an ally, even though the governor did endorse Trump in January.

Better than a thong. Mind you, then he would not be in costume. But he would be able to wear a cowboy hat though.
