Is this a Hermaphrodite?

Pretty new to growing and normally I can recognize the males and the balls that form that sometimes look like small grapes. This plant I am having difficulty with. So I am hoping you might let me know if it is a hermaphrodite or not. This plant was not a main plant and I was considering destroying it, but instead I decided to try and salvage it. As I understand stress can cause a plant to become hermaphroditic. The "buds" on this plant seem different than my successful harvests. But before I destroy this plant, I thought I might get some input.

I am an amateur and still learning. Thank You for your knindness.

Looks mutated …. Is this a REVEG ?
No, not a reveg, this is from seed. It simply was not inside a grow tent initially as there was no room and so it had a simple light source (not the expensive LED grow lights) and being outside the tent it would not get complete darkness.

I have had hermies and I can't see well enough in your pictures to give you an answer. It looks like she is revegging as someone else mentioned. More pics?

I vote this, that looks like leaves growing out of the bud.

Seeds can re veg. Maybe upping the DLI after it's been flowering under a low amount forced it to reveg before she starts flowering again?

its too early to see if its a hermie just yet, what ever it doesn't look overly awesome at this point in time, could be a good experiment though.
