I wonder when you purchased the seeds? I know he has been inbreeding that line and each release was a different generation, at least thats my understanding.

I purchased a pack in 2019 that had very consistent plant morphology across the board. They all were short, squat but not fat just kinda small plants, broad leafed, and all had the LOUDEST cat piss smell ive ever experienced. You could smell it through multiple bags. I made seeds with them so I didnt smoke the bud but it finished with a respectable amount of thc coverage and a nice light green color.

I have another unopened pack of the Catpiss, but I purchased it in 2022. Im hoping it was older stock but i honestly cant remember where I got them.

There wasn't any kind of filial/generational info listed when I got those. IDK if they do now but mine just said 707 Catpiss.
Hey yours might smell like piss. Piss is fairly common but the catpiss i like comes with a Heavy Incense that lingers like a good haze.
We used to get it in in late 70s thu 80's mexi bricks. Always random within those commercial bricks. Some colas would be Coffee, Skunk, or Catpiss all in the same crop.
Right now I'm keeping a clone of piffXmeatbreath that has a killer catpiss and incense profile. Still have a few hundo beans of that cross so I'm hoping for a similar male soon.

What was that high like? I only had catpiss once. We smoked it and went skateboarding on campus, I got out of the car and was just cracking up laughing, like a high-school high. I haven’t had anything like it since, the bud smelled like cat piss when burned it tasted and smelled good, I can’t remember incense but it’s a possibility.

The high really depends on the pheno you picked outta the pack. At the time it was mexi crossed with ghani for a better commercial crop than old mexi.
So there was too much cbd in some phenos and if you smoked too much it really sucked. We called it, "Smoking yourself sober". But the best phenos still kept the mexi high with the skunky taste of the ghani. Those were red eyed giggle weed.
If I'm correct most of that ghani was introduced when the Afghan Poppy seeds were brought to Mexico. Paraquat was initially used to eradicate the mexi opium fields and soon after applied to the skunk fields as well.

i work with a ny piff hybrid and it is very ammonia cat pissy, transitions to flavor well. The 707 catpiss i had aldo didnt have any info attached but I caught the breeders info he dropped on a podcast once, he said he just inbreeds it every season outside when he runs it. Maybe the selections in the latest generation are in a different direction? When i grow my pack out ill report back here

Not those but got Potion d'Amour clone a month ago and that was the 3rd one of the release. Not the fastest grower, just took a couple clones and won't go into flower for atleast a month. Supposedly picked from 1k+ seeds like the ones you mentioned. I did see Dookie is offering the other cuts.

Got the Potion D Armor awhile ago & still haven't gotten a solid clone off of it @Upstate2627 how is it doing on your end? I've grow this strain from seed before & I swear it took forever to get roots on clones as well, to the point I didn't take clones before flower when I usually do.

Also; I'd recommend Chemlatto 33 for anyone wondering what to run....smoked some from a dispensary and had to go back for more; very chem flavored and nice racey sativa high
