You could add any of them, but I would skip the tea and the liquid fertilizer. I re-use FFOF all the time, I amend with about 15-20% perlite, a little bone meal, worm castings, DE, and dry fertilizer Geoflora), let it cook for a month at least, it’s then ready to go.

Dry fertilizer 4-4-4 or 5-5-5 general purpose
EWC
Pumice / Perlite / Rice Hulls
Myco ( Dynomyco / extreme / your choice )
Optional : Kelp meal / Neem Meal ( soil conditioner/ pest control ) / Oyster shell
Second way - probably the easiest lol ….
Till in one full bag of FFOF / HF or Recipe 420 …… mix well and serve.

I like to use the 4-6-3 early in veg because it has a lot of calcium in it, then 4-4-4, then 3-9-4...Dr. Earth
...ahh I see now you included oyster shell..I personally cannot use neem. It makes me sick in my stomache if I smoke weed that has any sort of neem on/in it.
But yes starting with a base of ff of or hf having a lot of trace minerals that don't go away quickly is a good soil start. Personally I won't ever use ff soil again after last year. Something was seriously wrong with the soil and it was full of bugs. I have enough soil here to last my life as I recycle and amend and have a stock pile

There is an interesting fertilizer ( i may even check out ) called Pride Lands - bloom and veg.
They seem to be very nute loaded - biochar and other goodies. Check out the ingredients listed.
They even have a 5-5-5 general purpose
Unfortunately for me i got to use up my Roots organic Terp Tea Veg and Bloom ( BTW is another fine fertilizer for soil grows. )
It is what i use in my layered containers.

I have used pride lands outdoor and worked out okay for me.

This stuff works great with a soilless medium promix.
Now I’m thinking about using it for Live Soil!

1 tablespoon per gallon seems to be the common feed schedule for everything/dry amendments.

Have been recycling ocean forest for ever more. I add ewc and perlite almost every time. I periodically add coco coir if vermicompost makes the mix a bit too heavy. Neem seed meal, azomite, fish bone meal, and insect frass are my go to amendments these daze. Humid acid is good just don’t need to add all that much. I also add composted chicken manure but it can make a mix too hot if you go too hard on it. Small amounts of several different amendments seems to be the way…

I'm trying out this Kelp MEal on it's own since the ladies seem to be Potassium hungry right now, any way we can speed up the breakdown of this stuff? I'm reading it's better to add it before a grow rather than during. Would mixing it in some compost speed up the breakdown?

It can be put in container mix or scratched into top soil.

Thanks. I've never used it on its own. Just relied on what's in stuff like Gaia Green and Craft Blend. This one pot tested low in potassium last grow and seems like there wasn't enough with the above mentioned, so not wanting to dump extra of everything else im doing a grown mans move and just adding what I need, potassium. In the meantime I have some of that Organics Alive (potassium blend) holding things afloat for now but would like to get into some good practice of using this Kelp Meal. I'm about 3-4 weeks away till we harvest. Hoping mixing it with compost will speed up the breakdown. (Have worms in the pot as well, add more?)
