Saw a vid on Facebook where they used the ring from a quart mason jar to make a round fried egg for an egga muffin. Never thought of that. Just use pan spray on it first and it pops right out.

Yeah, I’ve just been intimidated by the seasoning process for some reason. I know how to do it, just haven’t brought myself to actually do it. But it’s the “portable” model, stand folds up so I can take it car camping. I’ll get around to it one of these days

Pork steak, baked beans and tater salad. Ohh and some devil eggs.
I really love the pork grilled with a kiss of bbg sauce at the end just to caramelize the sugars a bit.
And the wife made some kinda of brown and serve rolls with butter garlic.
I’m living the dream folks.
