Okay so heres how i feel about all this, i dont like the idea of money but thats never gonna change. I believe that we should do the things that we are good at and that we like. I dont believe we should have to pay for anything, i think that if we all just did what we do and contributed it to the society as a whole then there would be peace because there would be no need to want, no need for greed, no need to stress over am i gonna be able to feed my family. We should be able to go to a market and take what we need and only what we need and not have to pay for it because we are in turn providing some sort of service as well. Maybe thats just things i come up with when im stoned but i really think its the way it should be....i know it will never happen but i still like to think its possible. I dont know if that makes sense or not but you seem smart so i think you understand what im getting at.

The idea you are describing is not a new one. It is a good idea that would work. The only reason it doesn't work is because people want power and control. The only way to have power and control is to use a form of currency that can be manipulated like the dollar (inflation for example). If we went to back to gold standard then it would be harder to manipulate and therefore control the people. Humanity is capable of using appreciation as a form of currency. I'm sure it is somewhere in the future of our evolution as a species but for now it is just an idea. I believe the reason that ideas like that pop up when you're high is because they are so obvious and easy that you become aware of them. If the "people" had power this is how life would be and instead of working we would all be exploring the stars and creating out own civilizations...i'm sure there are enough life sustaining planets for every person in the universe if we'd focus on that instead of killing each other btw. But as long as the elite bankers rule the world then...these will just be mere ideas.

Ummmmm. I'm definitely not pessimistic. Look at the Rant thread I just put up THOSE guys are pessimistic. I'm just saying for every person who is all about change there are probably several who wouldn't get off their ass to change the channel.

That is why nature is killing off all the fat lazy slobs. All the zombies that are stuck to the television and believing every second of it are getting cancer and allkinds of other diseases. Nature will get rid of those that don't change...there is a simple reason for that too...it's called evolution. The human species is far from done evolving; just because we are finally starting to understand evolution doesn't mean that it is finished think about it.

Anyways. If you look at some of the eastern philosophies there are some interesting points that should be noted. I have read, though I can't remember from what, that the earth has been through several transitions. Each transition correlates to a certain chakra. Every human has 7 chakras. The earth has 7 chakras. As above so below. Anyways the point of yoga is to remain aware of each chakra equally...to become balanced. Now the earth has supposedly gone through several and right now is in the third chakra and transitioning into the fourth...which is the heart chakra. In the Bible, specifically revelation, john talks about seeing "a new world." Jesus taught love of everyone and everything. The point is that when we transition to the next chakra there will be a heavy emphasis on love because we'll be in the heart chakra. I believe the begining of this transition is 2012. I guess we still have a little over 3 years to be for sure though haha.

There is no choice but to live with money in our lives,I for one dont worship money a part of me despises it because it tends to make people turn into complete assholes and it can be a bitch to come by,Im sure only people with lots of money and greed beleive in it so much that they think they are god in the flesh, but without it the world would be in chaos so it is a nessecary evil in this life to have money, unless your a hermit and live in the mountains you have to have money to live....Alas a sad quandry or state of affairs what have you.

WOW...reading this thread was amazing. It's o.k. to be un-american socialproblem...I always wondered why everone was so proud to be one anyway. I'm personally not proud of what that flag represents...I'm proud of people who think for themselves though. In my opinion it's like this - the world is starting to undergo massive changes & the very core of humanity will soon be tested. If we see WW3 it won't be anything like wars we know...it will be the worst war man will ever know & it will be(I know this sounds corny) a war of light vs. dark or good vs. evil. Humanity is at a crossroads & the future is unclear. You are living in history right now - it'll be in the books if we make it. I'm personally quite excited to be here for this. 2012 in my opinion will be the climax & after that the human race will go one of two ways.

Dfunk. I agree with you. There is nothing wrong with being American or being proud of your country. But being American is just another label...just something else that divides you from the rest of the world. I am a human being first and foremost. I'm pretty sure that the American flag is a military flag not a civil flag... .

Also I agree that the world is going through massive changes. If you are not blind you can see that its like almost every day something else happens. Time will get crazier and crazier. But as a human family on thie plant I believe that we are reaching the height or peak of ignorance. Once we get over that last hurdle we will be at a Golden Age. I, of course, believe there have been several Golden Ages already because I believe all of life is a cycle. But I don't think we will all wipe each other out. I hope all the agressive and hostile countries(USA/Isreal) in the world that are pushing for WW3 either get regime changes...or have their "real leaders" (the ones behind closed doors) eliminated and the people take the power back. Either way I believe sincerely that nature and God have plans for that to happen.
