quick help with my seedlings please

posting a couple pics. so, I've had almost a dozen successful grows, and now all of a sudden my young ladies grow great for about 10 days and then start looking like crap. I haven't done anything except germinate in a paper towel, they both popped in 24 hrs. they both broke soil at the same time. I'm pretty good about waiting until the medium is dry before watering. I used to start them in organic seed starting soil but it's always so dry and hydrophobic I just don't like it. i started these in FFHF. I read multiple times that HF is good to start seedlings. My guess is I watered a little too often but I really don't see how that is possible. the light is 30" above canopy, per instructions. temp and humidity have been on par.
My question is should I let them go another week or 2 and see if they recover? they aren't root bound. or should I go ahead and transplant them. they started drooping a few days ago, and now growth is slowing rapidly....yesterday I noticed there is some brown parts showing on a couple leaf edges and tips. I'm kinda irritated, LOL. advice?

Clawing down can mean root rot. To fix that I usually give them a dunk in some H2O2 and then nurse them in a DWC for a week or two. After that I put them in soil. You could just pop some holes in the sides and even the bottoms of those solos, to get some more O2 exposure in the soil, but that would mean watering more often.

thanks, I just dunked the worst one of them in 1/1 H202 and water. it definitely foamed the soil up. we shall see if it helps

I always do that.
Sorry, really couldn't rell by the pics. But they def might recover. Just make sure you wait till they are almost completely dry before watering again. They are already stressed, dont want to stress them out even more by transplanting. The soil maybe a little hot for them too. But they should recover, as long as no more ferts are added.

I dont like the plastic cups and never got on with them, tried the brown cardboard ones and they were better but to small. If I can commit to another grow I'm using a 1 ltr fabric pot as there are multiple plus points using them in my eyes , I do grow with coco tho..
Can you flush soil like coco? If they were my plants I would switch pots and flush them..

I use 32oz Uline Deli Containers, though they are clear, I put aluminum foil around them, to keep light out. Though Ive done it with just clear containers, and had no problems.

Uline 32oz Deli Containers cost $100 + Shipping, for `250 of them. Also have lids, and are Durable/Washable.

$80 for 500 18oz. + Shipping. No Lids.
