That's a 200 watt light. The tent looks to be a a 2x4? If so, they tend to be short and that style of board light can be pretty strong in the center area of the tent. If your environment isn't super dialed in, you can experience all kinds of unhappy plant issues as a result. If you combine that possibility with that many bottles....
My advice is to drastically simplify your feeding, ditch the bottles and use a granular organic fertilizer next time. Espoma, Dr earth etc will all do the trick. Mix into your soil and do a top dress of the same type of fertilizer a time or two. I use Espoma Bio Tone Starter Plus mixed into the soil and top dress in flower with Tomato Tone.
As for hotspots from a board and limited head room, either train a flatter lower canopy or dim. I specifically went from board fixture to two 100 watt bar lights in order to negate that issue and get better coverage across the entire tent.
