This is a verandah grow and once it starts turning, giving it full sun, it will not go back to veg.The question is how many short day,s to get it to turn.?You have to keep the flowering light schedule for the duration of the plants remaining life. Otherwise they slowly and stressfully revert to vegetative growth. Google or RIU search "Revegging" and do some reading on that.
Having longer light cycle will only improve the buds.12 hours minimum. If you have adequate lighting you wouldn't need or want to go back to daytime hours to get better buds. They can only handle so high of a DLI regardless if its over the course of 12 hours or 20 hours.
If your outdoor conditions are short enough to allow the plant to flower, then you're fine. Like above said, what are the daylight hours on your verandaThis is a verandah grow and once it starts turning, giving it full sun, it will not go back to veg.The question is how many short day,s to get it to turn.?
Same as indoors to keep it in flower mode, give it 12 plus hours in light cycle.
