What to remove? This looks too much...

I have some very compact busy plants and lots of bud sites everywhere..

Does this need thinning out leaving main sites to continue?
Limited head space is the reason for the training

Very nice looking plants. I would not remove any foliage at this point.

The only reasons I would remove foliage during a grow is to top my plants; to ensure adequate air flow under the canopy; to remove damaged leaves or leaves that have significantly senesced; and branches below that canopy that will not produce anything but larf. Other than those reasons, I tend to leave the plant alone.

I have topped the plants and vent them over and removed a fair few lower branches over the weeks and then I had left them neglected for a week then another week and they were in a bad way.
I just didn't have the time but I have them back looking there best and flipped them 2 days ago.
All I see are multiple small branches everywhere and I'm limited on height n space.
Also unsure if they will grow into nice sized colas n buds as they are so compact?
I shouldnt have let them get as big and shouldn't have 5 in this space

Will all this grow and create bud or just larf and tiny buds?

Yeh, it'll grow.

Assuming you provide a good environment, it will all grow. Having said that, I believe it's better to have too few plants than too many.

More plants≠more weed.

More light=more weed.

The size of the buds depends on genetics (mostly). I have two phenotypes of one strain growing and they are uniquely different from each other in almost every way. They grew side-by-side in the exact same conditions. I've had other plants produce large, hard colas right next to a different strain that is nothing but wispy larf. Having said that, you will get more weed in relation to the size of the container or method of growing, intensity of the lights, and every other environmental condition that you provide.
