AC Controller updates?

Recently bought AC infinity controller 69. Having trouble updating the current firmware update. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks

Same mine updated rather easily. Is it the actual controller 69 pro or their 1st gen one that doesnt connect bluetooth or wifi
