honestly i would talk smack but if you live in a area with super high humidity and cant afford a dehumidifier than handle :D
.............
lolipop away! increase airflow!
That's entirely reasonable. If you have to choose between mould and low(er) yield I know what would be my choice

When you defoliate to that extreme, you leave the plant zero margine for error. When a toxicity or a deficiency occurs, it's not going to show up on your fan leaves (obviously) guess where it's going to show up? Be very careful to make no mistakes from this point forward..

I dont beleve you get less if you dont lolipop just the bottom is pain in the ass to clean but great for cookies.
I would recommend 1/4 or 1/3 for a lolipop and a light defoliate just the leafs that are overlaping not all fan leafs

I try to maximize the flowering area of my light(s). So that means as many tops as possible w/ very little below the canopy except for a few fan leaves that don’t interfere w/ the airflow.
I can’t really use a scrog net in my space…..it’s a 2’x6’ closet and I have to remove the plants to manicure and water them. So my canopy is never perfectly even. B/c of this, I will remove any upper fans than block sites below it.
I don’t really know if I would get a bigger yield doing it another way. I have no ideaIMG_8024.jpeg what’s considered a good yield for my particular space size, total wattage and veg time. I grow 3 plants that veg for 6/7 weeks after they grow out of the seedling stage. I’m running 2 HLG r-spec LED lights…..470 total watts and I’ve gotten from 14-17oz of almost all tops, tightly trimmed.
Anyway, each grow is a learning experience and you’ll settle in to the style that works for U.
