Who has a recipe for chili that doesn't include tomato juice or paste? Or any soups for that matter. Bonus points if they are easy, like a dump and go kinda recipe or if they can be frozen for future consumption.

I love tomatoes, but have developed a tomato allergy over the last several years and sauces and pastes tear my mouth up pretty bad so I try to avoid them where I can. If a recipe has a little can of tomato paste or something, it usually isnt too bad, but if I can avoid it, that's nice.

Also, I'm not one of the crazy purists. I don't care if it has beans or not and I'm not against it being served with noodles of any kind. :)

Do you let your dough ferment in the fridge for a day or two after you mix it? Before letting the yeast rise? Looks like a nice bread dough.
Followed to the letter.
