Light burn

I keep gettting light burn, I can’t move lights any more.
I keep cutting it off, and it feels like I’m ruining the plant

I’m 3 weeks into flower.

could I try turning wattage on hsp down?

First time grower, so any help would be appreciated

If you are getting light burn and can turn it down maybe you should. If you put your hand under the light at the top of the plants and it feels hot to you then it's probably cooking the plants.

can you give us pictures? are you sure its light burn?

a lot of the time when people say oh crap i have light burn it usually isnt light burn lmfao.

ive nuked my plants before with a 1000w hps light and all it did was bleach our tops cuz of too much light intensity....

what lights are you using? hps? if your using hps just buy a cheap air cooled ipower reflector on amazon for 40 bucks pair
it with a inline fan and call it a day.
