Not gonna lie man, I am stumped on this one. Unless there is Some contanimate in your water that makes it through the RODI that is causing an issue, but without a lab test on the water to know exactly what the 10-20ppm left are, I honestly dont know. If the water is contaminated with some type of hormone or hormone precurser from ag waste or something, that MIGHT make it through an rodi system not sure tho.
My suggestion, use a seed that has been a known problem, and mix your nutes in Distilled water for the entire grow, Only use pH'ed distilled water with cal/mag between nutes for watering and see if you still have the same issue.

MIGHT possibley be an issue, I am really grasping at straws here tho because honestly this makes no sense.
My 2nd hobby is saltwater aquariums and i have resin on my rodi system,so i can take water also after the resin stages…it will be 0 ppm,should i try it?and if so i need to use cal mag every watering?
I started new grow 3 days ago and the seedlings starting to pop out,i waterd them with rodi water at 10 ppm before resin stage…from now i will water them after resin with 0 ppm,you think its ok?

What do you mean by no male flowers. I know you said you know what a hermi is but that bit I don’t understand. are you saying there’s no male pollen sacks or are we missing something
the USA if that’s where your at has a lot of fly by night breeders and yes the seeds have to have a genetic defect to hermi unless you stress the heck out of a plant.
Some won’t even then I tried selfing by stress and some just don’t turn.
are you getting any seeds from the bigger older breeders or have they all come from small less known breeders

Of course there is male flower beneath female flower(thats what hermi is).
There is pollen sacks of course

Ive grow 20-25 different strains…i cant remember all of them
I dont have pictures,and it happened
I dont have seeds problem…so what is pollen have to do with it?

Ok, describe in more detail please. Are you seeing yellow bananas in buds or complete male flowers. You said in week 2-3 flowering, which makes me lean to you seeing males cause unless you're growing actual hermaphrodites it would have to be really really really crappy genetics for that to happen with females. It would be a challenge to do that on purpose.
Male flowers under female flowers…and in the late flowering also bananas in flowers….
