Examples of GOP Leadership

He is shit out of luck there.. We are lucky they manage to keep government operating at a base level.
They need to be out of power for a couple of decades until they regain their senses and some perspective. Foxnews needs to be put out of business after some hearings in the house and senate, they killed tens of thousands of Americans with covid and vaccine misinformation and ruined the lives of over a thousand and harmed the country by amplifying Trump's lies.

You scared bro? You sound scared. You sound guilty bro.
The real heat on this asshole has not even begun, that will happen in March when he will be on trial and under Chutkan's thumb, right in the middle of the GOP primaries. I thought his social media company was going under, when will his last post be from there, then he will climb into bed with Elon.

Definitely need a reset for sure. I agree with some traditional republican ideals, but this shit is nothing but nonsense

A religious nut case, but strangely Trump can do no wrong and is a good Christian man with family values. The poster boy for prochoice in the 24 elections. He was a J6 ringleader in the house too and is antidemocratic, anti-constitutional and that makes him anti American too.

'There’s so much hypocrisy here': Joe reacts to Mike Johnson's 'depraved' America remarks

Rep. Mike Johnson, R-La., weeks before becoming the new House speaker, during a prayer call hosted by a Christian-nationalist pastor called American culture "dark and depraved", according to new Rolling Stone reporting. Rep. Johnson said the country deserved God's wrath. The Morning Joe panel considers Rep. Johnson's remarks and what makes them so extreme.

owe poor Santos....bout to loose your job huh......

BREAKING: MAGA Congressman George Santos' week from hell goes totally off the rails as the Republican chairman of the House Ethics Committee introduces a resolution to expel him from Congress.

The end is near for Lyin' George...

Committee Chair Michael Guest, a member of Santos' own party, introduced the expulsion resolution less than 24 hours after the committee released its incredibly damning report stating that there is "substantial evidence" that he "violated federal criminal laws."

"The evidence uncovered in the Ethics Committee’s Investigative Subcommittee investigation is more than sufficient to warrant punishment and the most appropriate punishment, is expulsion," stated Guest. "So, separate from the Committee process and my role as Chairman, I have filed an expulsion resolution."

The chairman will be able to call the expulsion measure to the floor after Thanksgiving, meaning that Santos could find himself unemployed before the year is out.

If he's expelled, Santos would become only the sixth lawmaker in American history to be removed in such a humiliating fashion from the House.

He would be the first to be expelled without first having been convicted on criminal charges or accused of disloyalty to the Union.

Many representatives who refused to expel Santos during previous efforts to remove him are now on board with the idea after the scathing ethics report. "The report’s findings are extremely damning and I would vote to expel," said Democratic Representative Jamie Raskin.

"Rep. Santos has received his due process. This report is fully damning. I will vote to expel him," said Democratic Representative Jeff Jackson after previously voting against expulsion.

Santos deserves to be expelled, but he also deserves to be prosecuted. Once he's out of Congress, it's time for the Department of Justice to take over.

buh bye, don't let the door hit ya where the good lord split ya.....

Laposa said the attorney general’s approach to valuation was “flawed” because it relied on a market value analysis of Trump’s properties. He argued it should have been based on the investment value, which takes into account the owner’s investment requirements.

When Laposa returned to the stand Friday, a lawyer for the attorney general’s office asked him if he had any experience reviewing personal financial statements. Laposa said no.

The lawyer, Louis Solomon, then asked if Laposa is or has ever been a certified appraiser. Again, Laposa said no.

Solomon cited Laposa’s initial deposition from July, in which he said that when “disparate valuations exist, it is prudent and common practice to examine the underlying assumptions.” Laposa admitted he had not done so with Trump’s valuations.

Laposa also revealed he had never seen the financial statements for Trump’s property at 40 Wall Street, which might make it difficult to value the property accurately. (On the stand Thursday, Laposa said that 40 Wall Street in Manhattan was also undervalued.)

It’s unclear what Trump’s legal team sought to accomplish by bringing in Laposa as an expert witness. His disastrous testimony reflects how much of the trial has gone for Trump. :bigjoint:

The current trial is just to set damages. Presiding Judge Arthur Engoron determined in September that Trump had committed fraud. Engoron ordered that all Trump’s New York business certificates be canceled, making it nearly impossible to do business in the state and effectively killing the Trump Organization.

During the trial, Trump and his family members have all testified, and they have all made major mistakes. Trump’s lawyers also shared faulty evidence, undermining their own case.

"The number of people that do not believe in absolute truth is now above the majority for the first time."

So you are no longer the majority. Do you think the minority is not suppose to rule over the majority?

I believe they can kick him out of the house, but he collects his salary until his term ends, pension too and that was what he was after, the sweet deal and limelight. It depends on NY law to an extent, and they don't have recall, if he doesn't resign, he can't really be fired as far as I know, he might be collecting his salary in a cell.

It's astonishing really. No matter how important the matter or how much lead time is given, Team Trump is always unprepared, just like his presidency. "I thought there'd be a healthcare plan on my desk on day one."

I'm sure Trump proclaimed the expert's testimony cleared him of all wrongdoing and should end the trial anyway.
