Last minute call last night has me out of town for the evening tonight. So,I pulled the BOO and BBCC and tossed them in the 4x4. Also trimmed up the BOO and tossed a couple cuttings of each into a jar of water. Figured this would make it a bit easier for my son to feed them tonight. Call me crazy, but there isn't over an inch of material there to make the od that much bigger than the id. This is all speculation of course, but makes sense in my head.


ETA: Any time I'm messing with pipe or tube, I like to go to an actual hardware store and verify shit actually fits what it's supposed to.

I tried, I cannot find this union fitting locally. Home Depot can bring it in from another store tho.

I think I know why it doesn't fit. The packaging has Chinese writing on it. When I measured the ID it's 19mm. 3/4" is 19.05mm so this thing is metric.

Foiled by metric and I'm Canadian that doesn't seem right.

Edited to add you forgot houseshoe, while my dad could throw a curve that broke 18" my mom was lethal with her houseshoes! Everytime she threw the damn things they connected.
