Hello again , my female threw some new white pistils almost a week before harvest. Do i have to let them turn brown as well ?
I'm gonna try to post some photos today .

I'm worrying about because i think some pistils look enough "dry" and i can see like 2-3 sugar leaves getting inside the bud .
Can we estimate anything about this plant
Yeah, those leaves dying back into the bud is a bad thing...that's a frequent cause of 'budrot'...Which would make me consider harvesting just to not have to deal with that though I'd normally grow out longer if there's a late round of pistil development. I'd use this as a learning opportunity and focus your next grows on whatever issues have caused these leaves to die back so it's not an issue in the future.

If i can help with any other photo to identify how much time left on this , i would like to provide them .

Eh, I don't know that more pictures help a whole lot. I wait until there's no more emerging pistils and they've all browned and tightened back against the calyxes. But again, if you're having leaves dying back into the buds, that would make me nervous about budrot and I'd consider chopping them even with some newer pistils.

Just a question , do i have to wait for lower buds pistils to turn all brown and swirl as well ? because lower buds are way far behind than top ones.
The question doesnt have to do with this specific plant

I mean, you can do whatever you want. :) I personally wait until the whole plant has brown pistils and gets that sort of 'dusty' look to the buds. Though my focus is usually on the tops since that's where the higher quality, denser flower formation is.

Yes ofc anyone can do whatever he likes but do waiting for the whole plant's pistils to turn brown can over ripe the top ?

I've never come across an 'over ripe' bud
See under ripened often though.
Comes down to patience and experience. Most people can't/won't wait.
