Hey guys , so I'm assuming based on the color of the leaves on this one bud and the way the bud itself changed color a bit and seems almost dry to the touch that it got nutrient burn ? Is it still alright

Dark green, waxy looking leaves, with burnt tips = to much nitrogen. Could've affected yield and quality. The plant itself is probably alright (it'll live), but the bud won't be as good as it could've been. What ec are you running OP?

Gh nutes are good. I use them in a modified version of the h3ad formula.

I like GH stuff too, but didn't really love using the traditional Trio...ended up being fussier than I liked and it was easy to get into trouble. I ended up moving over to Maxi series and have found it successful as well as easy to make adjustments. I also use their Ca/Mg & the Liquid 'koolbloom' in flower.

What style of grow?
